Welcome to the Fall 24 semester and the opportunity to explore meditation and guided visualization. We will meet on Thursdays at 11:40 a.m. till no later than 12:25 p.m. You are welcome to come a few minutes earlier if you have questions, or to settle in before we start. We begin at 11:40 a.m., but please feel free to come in quietly after we have started if you are running a little late. Same if you need to leave early.

We will talk about meditation and what to expect, participants have an opportunity to share, then we’ll do a 20-minute sit with a few minutes of spoken guidance as we begin. We will transition to the guided visualization portion after the sit.

The sessions take place in the Henry Whittemore Library, Rams Renew room, Upper Mezzanine, UM08. Go up the stairs to the Children’s book section, take a right past the books, and the room is on the left

No experience is necessary, environment is relaxed, ALL are welcome. Please email me with any questions!
